How do I get a quote?
Phone or email us with your job details: location in Chino, the type of service, how long you need it and roughly how many units. Tell us if you need delivery or if the equipment stays onsite for weeks. We'll confirm access to your site, check for any placement restrictions and send you pricing the same day or next business day. For large projects we can schedule a site visit.
A standard porta potty holds 60 to 70 gallons and measures about 44 by 48 inches on the ground, so knowing your space helps us right-size the quote. If you're uncertain whether you need a deluxe unit or a restroom trailer, tell us your guest count or crew size and we'll recommend what works.
What information should I provide?
Start with your address in Chino and the project start and end dates. Then the service type: portable toilet rental, septic pumping, roll-off dumpster, handwashing station, storage container or temporary fencing. If you're in construction, OSHA 1926.51(c) sets out how many toilet facilities a site needs based on crew size, and we can help you calculate that. Mention any access issues, like narrow gates or unpaved roads.
For dumpster rentals, tell us what you're disposing of and roughly how much. For septic work, let us know if you need pumping or if there's a specific problem. If you're renting trailers, tell us headcount so we size the stall count and water capacity correctly. For events or temporary operations, mention the number of attendees and how many hours you'll be onsite each day.

What's the pricing process?
Quotes are free. We base pricing on unit type, rental duration and delivery distance from our service area. Septic pumping runs $250 typical for a standard job, while dumpster weekly rates average $600. Porta potty daily rental typically costs $150, but monthly rates run $200 because longer commitment is cheaper per day. Delivery fees are separate; they depend on where in Chino you are and what you're renting.
We quote honestly. If a competitor is significantly cheaper, ask what's included: some rental houses cut corners on service frequency or charge hidden fees. We visit your site, confirm the job scope and then quote a fixed price. Once you say yes, that's what you pay unless you change the order.
Do I need a permit for equipment placement in Chino?
Check with the City of Chino. Placement in the public right of way needs confirming with the city, and rules vary by use and location. We can advise on typical placements but you'll need to verify your specific situation.
Can you deliver same day?
Not always, but we try. Call and ask. Emergency jobs sometimes fit if we have a rig available, but standard delivery is scheduled a few days out.
Do you service nearby cities too?
Yes. We serve Chino and Eastvale (about 5.9 miles east) and Upland (about 10.4 miles north). If you're outside Chino, ask about coverage.
What if I need to change my rental dates?
Call us as soon as you know. We'll adjust the quote and delivery schedule. Shorter rentals cost more per day, so changing early is simpler than canceling late.
How do I pay?
We accept phone quotes and email quotes. Once you approve, we'll send an invoice and arrange payment before or on delivery day. Ask about our terms when you call.
